Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations before October 5 midnight: 50% refund minus €70 administrative fee.
- Cancellations starting October 5: No refund.
Modification Policy
- Charges apply for upgrading from online to in-person.
- No refunds for downgrading from in-person to online.
- No charge for delegate substitution (authorization letter required 2 days before event).
