Payment of registration fees can be done through the website via credit card. 

Special Discount for ISM Members 

If you are already member of ISM, or if you join ISM members in the same time than your registration, you can have a discount of 250€ on your registration fees.

The promotional code is sent with the membership confirmation. If you didn't receive this code, please contact us.

Discount codes are not cumulative. If you are member of ISM and you would like to register both symposium, please contact us.

All registered attendees are entitled to:

• Attend all scientific presentations
• Present their work during the conference after abstract submission
• Participate to the coffee breaks and buffet lunches
• Receive the paper version of the book of abstracts
• Receive a certificate of attendance 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

• If you cancel before May 14 at midnight, 50% of registration fees will be refund minus 70€ for administrative fees.
• No refund on cancellations sent from May 15, 2018.
• No refund on cancellations of dinner

Substitutions are free of charge, but you must submit a letter authorizing the transfer signed by the registered delegate two days before the event starting days.
