Payment of registration fees can be made through the website using a credit card.
The payment by bank transfer is now over(*).

Special Discount for ISM Members
If you are already member of ISM, or if you join ISM members in the same time than your registration, you can have a discount of 250€ on your registration fees by using the code ISM_MEMBER
Please take on consideration that this code is available only for members already confirmed and new members.
Students/Academics/Industrials are entitled to:
- Attendance at all scientific presentations
- Presentation of work during the conference
- Certificates of attendance and work presentation
- Book of abstracts
- Coffee breaks and buffet lunches
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
- If you cancel before September 25 at midnight, 50% of registration fees will be refund minus 70€ for administrative fees.
- No refund on cancellations sent from September 26, 2017.
- No refund on cancellations of dinner
Substitutions are free of charge, but you must submit a letter authorizing the transfer signed by the registered delegate two days before the event starting days.
(*) Payments by bank transfer are allowed until September 18, midnight only. After this date, only payments by credit card are accepted.
